For example, I use both Seesmic and TweetDeck (from different computers) to manage my Twitter accounts. Not only can you manage multiple accounts, place people in groups, et cetera, but you can also post your updates to multiple networks with one click of a button! This is a great way to publish information to your Twitter followers and have it simultaneously spread to other places where friends, business associates, customers and prospects hang out - like on Facebook - and now LinkedIn. I especially like the TweetDeck console because it not only lets you post to Twitter, but to your Facebook personal profile AND your Facebook Fan/Business page.
